Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, trash-out duties, basic repairs, and assisting with make-ready tasks as directed by the supervisor. The position may require weekends and physical work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Must wear back support belt, goggles, masks and gloves and other safety equipment as tasks dictate.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week. Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as checking exterior lighting and, if certified for pool maintenance, cleaning and maintaining pool.
• Maintain awareness of safety and promptly report or correct unsafe conditions.
• Keep storage areas locked and ensure cleanliness of pool area, laundry rooms, mail rooms, dumpsters, recreation areas, and walkways.
• Assist with make-ready duties and various physical tasks as directed by management or senior maintenance technician.
• Perform interior and exterior painting duties and other routine maintenance as requested.
