Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Porter to maintain cleanliness and appearance across residential communities.

You will support the Site Manager and maintenance team, handle routine cleaning, debris removal, and grounds tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with unit turns, reporting safety concerns, and maintaining positive relations with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior property maintenance or facilities management preferred.
• Dependability and adaptability to handle diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of residential communities.
• Perform routine cleaning, trash removal, and light grounds maintenance.
• Assist Site Manager and maintenance team with daily needs.
• Support unit turns and rent-ready preparations.
• Communicate maintenance needs to the Property Manager.
• Follow safety practices and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
