You will assist in preparing market-ready units, handle Snow removal in winter, and support emergencies while maintaining professional communication with residents and team members. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to safety requirements.
• Must complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training in 30 days.

Aufgaben

• Maintain grounds, amenities, exterior and common areas for assigned property.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and perimeter.
• Assist in market-ready unit preparations.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces and sidewalks.
• Assist in emergencies (snow, fires, floods).
• Ensure cleanliness and curb appeal; interact professionally with residents.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
