Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a meticulous Porter in Denver to maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas while ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction. You will assist with unit readiness, exterior cleaning, and routine maintenance coordination on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and a clean driving record. The role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and a professional appearance, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower.
• Passionate for meticulous curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas as directed.
• Address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions.
• Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously with residents.
• Preserve confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster a positive relationship with residents and other properties.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
