Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Porter to maintain the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, and parking areas, aiming to maximize curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will perform daily cleaning, assist with preparing market-ready units, and respond to maintenance needs while upholding safety and confidentiality. This role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork within a vibrant community.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Able to shovel snow and operate a snow blower.

Mansioni

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies and inclement weather, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal while interacting with residents professionally.
• Foster positive relations with residents and other properties.
• Other duties as assigned.
