Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a diligent Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and exteriors across assigned properties. You will support leasing offices, ensure market-ready units, and uphold pristine curb appeal while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include cleaning, snow handling, and safety reporting, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality. High school diploma and valid driver's license required; on-site role with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required.
• Ability to shovel snow and operate a snow blower.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in market-ready unit preparation.
• Pressure wash exterior areas such as buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, weather, fires, floods).
• Clean apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Interact courteously with current and potential residents.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
