The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform outdoor maintenance such as snow removal and power washing, with focus on friendly resident interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units.

• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
