Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Must comply with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments, model homes and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, interacting professionally with residents.
• Promote confidentiality and professional interactions.
• Shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a snow blower.
