Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas at our property with a focus on curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

You will assist with market-ready units, manage daily cleaning, and support during weather-related events while upholding safety and confidentiality. This role emphasizes courteous resident interactions and teamwork across properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to shovel snow and operate a snow blower.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in the preparation of market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc.
• Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and other severe weather events, fires, and floods.
• Clean available apartments and model homes and common areas as directed.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues immediately.
