Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Complete Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion training within 30 days.
• Ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a snow blower.
• Passionate for meticulous curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies like snow removal and inclement weather.
• Clean available apartments, model homes, and common areas as directed.
• Address maintenance concerns related to weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal while interacting professionally with residents.
• Preserve confidentiality of applicants and residents.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
• Report maintenance or life-safety issues immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
