Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas, sidewalks and parking lots.
• Clean and stock common areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms and fitness centers.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor or manager.
• Interact with residents professionally and assist with needs as required.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow/leaf removal and power washing exterior surfaces.
