Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks including using Outlook/Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards and landscaping.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and that trash is removed regularly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor or manager.
• Assist residents and guests courteously and provide directions when needed.
• Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and exterior pressure washing.
