Job summary

This full-time on-site role includes exterior cleaning, interior common-area maintenance, safety inspections, and seasonal tasks. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required to perform duties effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Some custodial or general maintenance experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for onsite golf cart operations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfort with using a smartphone for property apps and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas: sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, and landscaping.
• Clean and maintain all common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, and more; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Ensure trash receptacles are emptied and assist with bulk trash removal and recycling procedures.
• Interact with residents and visitors professionally; assist them as needed.
