Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds, sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, and common areas.
• Keep clubhouses, amenities, and restrooms clean and well-stocked.
• Report safety hazards and assist residents and visitors professionally.
• Assist with seasonal tasks and safety procedures.
