Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities, keep common areas neat, and perform minor repairs under the Service Manager’s guidance. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, be able to work weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and possess a valid driver’s license. Prior property management or customer service experience is preferred; range of PTO and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property management and customer service background.
• Computer skills: Rudimentary knowledge to access company software and perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep areas neat and free of litter and debris.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready and maintains dumpster areas.
• Performs service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as needed.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and follows policies in daily tasks.
