Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities in Phoenix, AZ. You will help uphold curb appeal, safety, and resident satisfaction while supporting a team in daily maintenance tasks.

The role requires physical activity, weekend availability, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and health insurance, with potential 401(k) enrollment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred in property management or customer service to support day-to-day grounds operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Perform basic repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings; clean common areas and dumpster/storage areas.
• Assist with make-ready process and respond to maintenance requests.
