Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper in Goodyear, AZ to maintain the community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will perform tasks, complete minor repairs under the Service Manager, and help keep common areas clean and welcoming.

The role requires weekend availability, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a focus on safety and resident service. Prior property management or maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are expected for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep areas free of litter and debris.
• Clear vacant apartments before make-ready and transfer trash as needed.
• Complete service requests and relay concerns to supervisor.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as required.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
