RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features and curb appeal of our communities. You will perform tasks to keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and inviting, with occasional light repairs under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and can work weekends or varied hours. This role requires physical effort outdoors and a customer-service mindset to interact with residents and staff daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred in Property Management and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community and grounds to maintain curb appeal.
• Performs tasks to keep common areas neat and safe.
• Completes service requests and communicates with supervisor.
• Disposes litter and maintains dumpster areas.
• Works with residents and team to address maintenance needs.
