Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, and landscaping.
• Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness centers.
• Ensure supplies are stocked (toilet paper, soap, towels) and windows/glass are clean.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to on-site management.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling procedures.
• Interact with residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
