Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to communicate in English. It offers on-site duties with strong safety and resident-service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Custodial or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas: sidewalks, parking lots, courtyards, and landscaping.
• Clean and maintain common areas: lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and towels.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with seasonal tasks: snow/ice removal and leaf blowing.
