Job summary

InTown Suites in Indianapolis seeks a General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, financial performance, and guest experience. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk and housekeeping, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing revenue, controlling costs, coordinating with maintenance, and delivering a safe, clean property. If you have at least 3 years of management experience in hospitality, this role offers growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; higher education a plus.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read reports, forecast revenue, and manage costs.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire property staff.
• Train and develop team; oversee front desk and housekeeping.
• Manage office operations, guest check-in/out, and cash handling.
• Monitor revenue management, pricing, and occupancy.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety/compliance issues.
• Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and report financials.
• Build relations with local authorities and suppliers.
