Job summary

InTown Suites Louisville is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily property operations, drive financial performance, and maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff. You will ensure adherence to corporate procedures, monitor occupancy, and lead front-office and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in property management, budget development, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, and understand English to interact with guests and staff.
• Strong math skills to prepare forecasts, revenue, and labor costs.
• General computer proficiency and ability to use office software.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Provide training and development for staff.
• Oversee cash handling, payroll and bookkeeping.
• Ensure excellent guest service and safety.
• Manage capital expenditure planning and maintenance issues.
• Drive revenue through pricing strategies and local marketing.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to meet targets.
