InTown Suites Villa Park is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance of the property. The GM will lead staff, enforce standards, and ensure safe, clean, welcoming environments for guests and employees.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, budgeting, revenue management, capital expenditure oversight, and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of hotel or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Oversee front office operations and guest service.
• Develop budgets, monitor P&L, and control costs.
• Lead revenue management and local marketing.
