Job summary

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel in Indianapolis, IN seeks a seasoned General Manager to lead daily operations across hotel outlets, drive revenue, guest satisfaction and staff development.

This senior role requires strong leadership, P&L management, and a track record of delivering upscale service in a 24/7 property; salary range $170k–$180k with bonus potential and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the hotel and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Meet company standards and drive the 5 Key Drivers identified by the management company.
• Promote guest service culture; anticipate needs and maintain guest relations.
• Review forecasts, P&L, RevPAR and ensure revenue growth year over year.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance across departments and maximize pricing for room nights and events.
