Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel is seeking a General Manager to oversee hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. You will drive revenue, manage P&L, mentor leadership, and maintain guest satisfaction in a 24/7 property.

The role requires a business-focused leader with a proven track record in hotel management and strong communication skills. Location is downtown Indianapolis, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead team at leadership and hourly level.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
