Job summary

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel is seeking a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the hotel and its outlets in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will drive revenue, lead a diverse team, and ensure high standards of guest service and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in hotel management or related field and at least 3 years in Rooms or F&B, with strong communication and leadership skills. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage functions.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations and all outlets including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Develop revenues and profits using forecasting, P&L management and RevPAR.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance and guest satisfaction across departments.
• Lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
