Job summary

Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel in Indianapolis, IN seeks a General Manager to oversee the full operation of the hotel and its outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting. You will lead the executive team to meet company standards and drive revenue, guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires at least 3 years in hotel operations, a bachelor's in hotel management or related field, and outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Rooms and/or Food & Beverage.
• Strong business communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to lead teams at all levels.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations at federal, state and local levels.
• Willingness to travel and maintain high attendance.
• Proven ability to manage a 24/7 operation with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of the hotel and all outlets, including F&B, sales, engineering, HR and accounting.
• Lead the Executive Committee to achieve property goals.
• Develop and assure achievement of revenues and profits, using forecasting and P&L management.
• Ensure compliance across departments and drive year-over-year growth.
• Coach and develop leaders to exceed performance expectations.
