InTown Suites is seeking a General Manager to oversee a Louisville property, responsible for daily operations, financial performance, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will manage front desk and administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance, and drive revenue through pricing and local marketing.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to read, write, and understand English for guest and staff interactions.
• Ability to read reports and forecasts; compute room revenue, occupancy and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Oversee office operations including guest check-in/out, cash handling and payroll.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain property standards.
• Develop expertise on front office operations and related departments.
• Identify and manage maintenance needs and capital expenditure projects.
• Drive revenue through pricing, local marketing and competitive analysis.
