InTown Suites in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily property operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, manage front office functions, and drive revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen and the ability to coordinate maintenance and safety protocols across the property.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating operations.
• Strong knowledge of guest services and front office processes.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Oversee training, development and support of staff.
• Manage office operations including guest check-in/out, cash handling, bookkeeping and payroll.
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain property standards.
• Drive revenue through pricing, local marketing and competitive analysis.
• Monitor budgets and meet financial targets.
• Identify and manage life/safety and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate capital expenditure projects and facility improvements.
• Travel to other properties within the market.
