Job summary

InTown Suites in Houston is seeking a General Manager to lead daily property operations, manage staff and drive financial performance. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, high guest satisfaction and adherence to corporate procedures across the property.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and pricing strategies, while coordinating with local authorities and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and guests.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop property staff.
• Strong understanding of revenue management and budgeting fundamentals.
• Experience in front office operations and guest relations.
