Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Property Condition Assessor and Building Inspector to support project managers. You'll assess building systems, draft detailed reports, and help prepare 10-year cost estimates.

About half of the work is in the field with the rest in the office. A degree in construction, architecture, or engineering and a valid driver's license are required, with on-site interviews eligible at the location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical, structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate buildings for deficiencies in HVAC, MEP, roofing, façade, foundation and structure.
• Prepare reports with 10-year repair cost estimates.
• Approximately 50% field-based work; remainder office reporting.
