Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor and Building Inspector to support Project Managers in completing assessments and cost estimates. The role involves evaluating HVAC, MEP, roofing, and structural elements, with roughly half of the time in the field and half in the office preparing technical reports.

Qualified candidates have an engineering-related degree, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-site in the United States without sponsorship.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or engineering discipline.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to interview on-site at the position location.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate buildings for deficiencies in HVAC, MEP, roofing, façade, foundation, and structure.
• Prepare reports with 10-year repair cost estimates.
• Field-based work with office report preparation.
• Assist Project Managers in completing Property Condition Assessments.
• Adhere to ASTM E2018-24 standards.
• Maintain project documentation with figures, cost tables, and photologs.
• Coordinate with clients and site representatives.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
• Pursue additional building inspection certifications as needed.
