Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) in the United States is seeking a Property Condition Assessor and Building Inspector to support project managers in completing assessments according to ASTM E2018-24 and related building evaluations.

The role involves fieldwork, report writing with repair cost estimates, and collaboration with clients and team members to ensure timely, accurate deliverables across mechanical, structural, civil, and geotechnical disciplines.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to interview on-site at the position location.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with Property Condition Assessments and building inspections.
• Evaluate HVAC, mechanical, structural, civil, and geotechnical systems for deficiencies.
• Prepare reports with 10-year repair cost estimates.
• Conduct field work approximately 50% of the time; remaining time in office writing reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and team members to meet deadlines.
