Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Property Condition Assessor and Building Inspector to assist Project Managers in completing ASTM E2018-24 assessments and other building condition studies. About 50% field work with the rest in the office producing technical reports.

Requires a degree in construction/engineering, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to interview on-site. Background checks and US work authorization are required.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction, architecture, or engineering.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to interview on-site at the position location.

Aufgaben

• Apply knowledge of mechanical, structural, civil, and geotechnical engineering to assess buildings.
• Evaluate building components and life cycles; estimate replacement costs.
• Prepare accurate technical reports with supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to ensure on‑time report delivery.
• Maintain high quality standards in all project documentation.
• Contribute to cross‑functional collaboration and client communication.
