Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to prepare Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in accordance with ASTM E2018. This role evaluates property conditions across assets including high-rise office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties, with travel up to 60% domestically.

The position supports clients with underwriting requirements such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac while applying technical expertise in building systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or a related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience performing PCAs or related services.

Mansioni

• Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client-specific protocols within established timelines.
• Evaluate building systems and conditions including structural, seismic, accessibility, and MEP against client scopes like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Conduct walk-through surveys of properties and surrounding areas, including safe roof access, to assess conditions and identify environmental concerns.
• Interview property owners, occupants, site personnel, and government officials to gather information on property condition, history, and potential environmental issues.
• Review cost estimates, maintenance records, inspection reports, and historical documentation to identify deficiencies and environmental conditions.
• Document findings through photographs and develop detailed cost estimates to remedy identified deficiencies.
• Support business development by presenting services to clients and contributing to revenue growth; some overnight travel required.
