Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to prepare PCAs in line with ASTM E2018 across diverse asset types. The role supports underwriting needs and requires up to 60% domestic travel, with opportunities to apply technical expertise in building systems and deliver data-driven assessments.

The position involves field surveys, cost estimation, and collaboration with clients to drive quality outcomes and revenue growth, while contributing to JLL’s reputation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience performing PCAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCAs per ASTM E2018, JLL, and client protocols within deadlines.
• Evaluate building systems and conditions including structural, seismic, and MEP per client scope.
• Conduct walk-through surveys to assess conditions and environmental concerns.
• Interview owners, occupants, site personnel, and officials to gather condition history.
• Review documentation to identify deficiencies and environmental conditions.
• Document findings with photos and develop cost estimates for remedies.
• Support business development by presenting services; some overnight travel.
