Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to prepare PCAs per ASTM E2018 across diverse asset types, including high-rise office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. This role requires 60% travel domestically and offers the chance to apply technical knowledge of building systems while upholding JLL's data-driven standards.

The position supports underwriting needs with clients such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and involves site visits, cost

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or a related field.
Minimum one year of experience performing PCAs or related services.
Preferred PE/RA certification, Environmental Professional certification, NRPP Radon, and EPA AHERA Inspector credentials.
General understanding of property systems including site work, structure, envelope, and MEP.

Mansioni

Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client protocols within timelines.
Evaluate building systems and conditions against client scopes (e.g., Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
Conduct walk-through surveys and interview owners, occupants, site personnel, and officials.
Review cost estimates, maintenance records, and historical docs to identify deficiencies.
Document findings with photos and develop detailed cost estimates to remedy deficiencies.
Support business development by presenting services and assisting with revenue growth; some travel.
