Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to perform PCAs under ASTM E2018 across diverse assets, supporting underwriting and lending scopes such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The role emphasizes technical building systems knowledge and client service.

Location is remote with 60% domestic travel. You will conduct inspections, interview stakeholders, review cost data, and prepare detailed assessments to help clients make informed decisions while contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience performing PCAs or related services.
• Familiarity with Phase I ESAs and environmental certifications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client protocols within timelines.
• Evaluate building systems, including structural, seismic, accessibility, and MEP per client scopes.
• Conduct walk-through surveys of properties and surrounding areas.
• Interview owners, occupants, site personnel, and officials to gather condition histories and issues.
• Review cost estimates, maintenance records, and reports to identify deficiencies.
• Document findings with photos and develop cost estimates to remedy deficiencies.
• Support business development by presenting services to clients; some overnight travel required.
