Remote work is available, and the position emphasizes building systems expertise, data-driven assessments, and collaboration with clients to deliver high‑quality property condition reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience performing PCAs or related services.

Responsabilités

• Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client protocols within established timelines.
• Evaluate building systems and conditions against client scopes (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, seismic, MEP, structural).
• Conduct walk-through surveys and gather information from owners, occupants, and officials.
• Review cost estimates and historical documentation to identify deficiencies and environmental conditions.
• Document findings with photos and develop detailed cost estimates to remedy deficiencies.
• Support business development by presenting services to clients and contributing to revenue growth; some overnight travel.
