Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to prepare PCAs per ASTM E2018, across diverse property types, including high-rise, retail, industrial, and multifamily. The role supports underwriting and complies with lender requirements, with 60% domestic travel expected.

The position emphasizes site surveys, data collection, cost estimation, and collaboration with clients to deliver accurate assessments and value-driven insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience performing PCAs or related services.

Mansioni

• Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client-specific protocols within established timelines.
• Evaluate building systems and conditions against client scopes (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac).
• Conduct walk-through surveys and identify environmental concerns.
• Interview property owners, occupants, site personnel, and officials for condition/history data.
• Review cost estimates and documentation to identify deficiencies and environmental conditions.
• Document findings with photos and develop cost estimates for remedies.
• Support business development and travel as needed.
