Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Property Condition Assessor to perform PCAs in line with ASTM E2018 across commercial assets. The role involves evaluating building systems, conducting surveys, and generating detailed cost estimates while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Expect up to 60% domestic travel and collaboration with project teams. You will review past reports, interact with property owners and site personnel, and contribute to underwriting and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, environmental science, geology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of PCA experience.
• Preferred: PE/RA certification and environmental certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCAs in accordance with ASTM, JLL, and client protocols within established timelines.
• Evaluate building systems (structural, seismic, accessibility, MEP) against client scopes.
• Conduct walk-through surveys and gather information from owners, occupants, and officials.
• Review cost estimates and historical docs to identify deficiencies and environmental conditions.
• Document findings with photos and develop cost estimates for remedies.
• Support business development and revenue growth; some overnight travel.
