Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facility Condition Advisor to perform comprehensive facility condition assessments in line with ASTM E2018-24 standards. You will inspect buildings, systems, and assets, documenting current condition and life cycle costs while delivering clear recommendations for capital planning and asset management.

The role involves field work across diverse portfolios with travel up to 75% (some projects may require 100%), and requires strong communication to present findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; non-degreed with 10+ years of relevant work experience or 8 years of ASTM E2018-24-based assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility condition assessments per ASTM E2018-24.
• Visually evaluate building systems and document deficiencies.
• Prepare facility condition reports with actionable recommendations.
• Use VFA Gordian, Corrigo and other tools to document findings.
