Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience in property management.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations.
• Meet targeted revenue goals with leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Invoicing management and financial reporting.
• Conduct property tours and update clients on performance.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of property.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
