Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Community Manager to lead on-site teams, drive leasing performance, and ensure high standards of property operations. You will manage staff, implement marketing strategies, and coordinate with owners and vendors to optimize profitability while maintaining tenant relations and safety.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervision in multifamily housing, strong communication skills, and proficiency in property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily/property management.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train on-site team; hire, onboard, and evaluate staff.
• Meet revenue targets through effective leasing and marketing strategies.
• Conduct budget forecasting and profitability analysis; manage invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and adjust property strategy accordingly.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, evictions, and collections.
• Coordinate with owners/clients; manage contractors and vendors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance standards.
