RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property’s daily operations and a team of onsite staff. You will drive leasing, marketing, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing laws.

The role focuses on revenue growth, cost control, and owner reporting. A strong emphasis on customer service and community standards helps deliver a best-in-class living experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1-3 Years; required to hire, lead, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Management: 1-3 Years; Multi-Family Property Management.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management for reporting.
• Licenses: Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and conduct employee evaluations.
• Meet revenue goals with marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze market trends and recommend improvements.
• Lease enforcement and compliance with lease agreements.
• Client/Owner management and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and curb appeal of the property.
• Address customer complaints and issues.
