RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily property team, drive leasing and sales, and ensure strong financial performance.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, vendor management, and tenant relations while maintaining compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role emphasizes safety, curb appeal, and exceptional resident experiences across the property.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in property management.
• 1–3 years multi‑family property management experience preferred: sales, marketing, and customer service background.

Responsabilidades

• Champion employees and lead the team.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals through sales and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Manage client/owner communications and property tours.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors and track financial records.
