Hunt Military Communities is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for HMHSS OMC Phase I - Navy 1 in Honolulu, HI. You will assist the Community Director in daily operations, supervise leasing and resident support staff, and ensure rent collection and compliance across all property processes.

The role emphasizes strong financial oversight, timely reporting, vendor coordination, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents and military families.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ property leasing experience; 1 year managing others.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office; excellent communication and client management abilities.
• ARM/CPO certifications preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, post rent and maintain rent roll accuracy.
• Process evictions and related notices; coordinate with court proceedings.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports; prepare market surveys and renewals.
• Lease units; process lease renewals and expiration letters; maintain lease files.
