Huntington Village Homes seeks a Community Director to oversee operations and finances for a multi-family community, focusing on staff leadership, leasing, collections, and resident services. The role requires strong communication, hands-on management, and proficiency with property management systems, ensuring safety and quality across the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of property leasing experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in property management/operations with budgeting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline staff up to termination.
• Liaise with government entities and maintain communications.
• Oversee daily operations of a multi-family property and ensure government compliance.
• Manage property financial performance within approved budget; maximize cash flow.
• Lead a team to achieve income and occupancy goals through strong sales and service.
• Ensure residents adhere to community guidelines and expectations.
• Analyze operations and implement revenue-enhancing changes.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate marketing efforts to increase visibility and profitability.
• Provide timely reporting and act as liaison between on-site staff and residents/military partners.
