Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 4 years of experience in residential rental communities.
• 2 years as Community Manager with proven achievements.
• Student housing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in property management operations and financial acumen.
• Strong internet, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent communication, management, and people skills.
• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.
• Develop annual budget and business plan for the property.
• Oversee accounts receivable/payable; monitor expenses.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain resident and vendor relations; ensure timely communications.
• Support safety, compliance and incident reporting.
