Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager to market the community and meet leasing targets, while prioritizing residents' needs and delivering professional, courteous service.

Reporting to the Community Manager, this role covers leasing and marketing, administration, and customer service, with duties including marketing plans, tours, renewals, and social media updates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports and provide pricing recommendations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and data entry in Entrata
• Provide excellent service to residents and prospects and maintain professional image
• Coordinate tours, lead generation, and follow-up
• Assist in renewals, events, and community engagement
• Manage move-in/move-out activities and general admin tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of information and report time and attendance
• Communicate lease terms clearly to residents and staff
• Contribute to safety and risk management
• Support maintenance and inspections when needed
